Daylight starts to break around 5am here and it is dark at 6:30pm. Which helps with my insomnia challenges. I was reading a magazine last night around 8pm and it kept on falling and my eyes closing, I made it to 9pm and crashed and up at 2:00am, wide awake. UGGH! I think I may start going to the gym when I am awake for I haven’t been yet and I haven’t seen any runners yet in Shanghai on the streets.
